Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst designs, develops, and enhances an information system to collect, process, and analyse business data for reporting and decision-making. They implement and maintain MIS solutions, produce reports and dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and recommend system improvements to support and optimise organisational performance.
Tasks

Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across multiple systems and databases.
Monitor and evaluate system performance, and resolve technical or data-related issues.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards and analytical outputs to support organisational reporting and decision-making.
Manage and maintain data resources used for organisational analysis and reporting.
Provide user support and training on Management Information Systems (MIS) tools, systems and reporting platforms.
