Tasks
Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain haematology analysers and related diagnostic systems to ensure optimal performance.
Provide hands-on training and application guidance to laboratory and clinical staff on the proper use of equipment.
Assist customers with equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting, both on-site and remotely.
Provide technical product demonstrations and application support to customers and internal teams.
Monitor device performance and carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing in accordance with operational requirements.
Maintain accurate service, support, and compliance documentation, and prepare related reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
Analyse user feedback and device performance data to support service quality and product improvement.
Provide technical advice and application information to customers, laboratory personnel, and internal teams.
