Tasks

Conduct one-on-one career counselling sessions to assess clients’ skills, interests, goals, and career needs.

Assist clients with résumé writing, cover letter preparation, and job search strategies.

Coach individuals on interview techniques and professional presentation.

Organise and deliver workshops on career development topics.

Advise clients on job placement and training opportunities to support career development.

Liaise with employers to identify job opportunities and required skills for clients.

Analyse job roles and prepare occupational and career information for guidance purposes.

Maintain detailed records of clients’ progress and outcomes.

Support clients in setting realistic and achievable career plans.
