Tasks

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections, investigations, or compliance reviews.
Advise management and staff on regulatory requirements, compliance risks, internal controls, and corrective actions.
Deliver training and guidance to employees on compliance standards, regulatory obligations, internal policies, and ethical practices.
Monitor regulatory developments and update organisational policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws and industry standards.
Investigate and report compliance issues, and recommend improvements and corrective measures to strengthen compliance.
