Tasks

Ensure payroll processes comply with tax regulations, labour laws, and organisational policies.
Respond to employee enquiries regarding salaries, deductions, benefits, and attendance or leave records.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in time and pay records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll and personal information.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive payroll information.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and tax regulations in payroll administration.
