Tasks

Managing student admission and placement, including monitoring, supervision, and management of academic and welfare matters such as discipline, financial assistance, industrial training, and hostel management.
Implementing quality and organisational management, including facilities, assets, infrastructure, equipment, ICT software, and participation in internal or industry committees.
Implementing human capital development policies and institutional strategic planning, including enhancing access to education, programme development, curriculum, co-curriculum, infrastructure, equipment facilities, and teaching staff.
Implementing and monitors research, commercialisation, publication, and advisory activities, including studies, innovations, publication of working papers, and coordination of research programmes and funding.
Managing industry and community networking and collaboration, including memorandum of understandings, training, dialogues, seminars, forums, consultancy services, research collaborations, promotional activities, and participation in committees and community programmes.
Providing consultancy or professional advice to industry, external agencies, or ministries in policy formulation and project implementation.
Managing human resources and staff development, including recruitment, placement, career development, retirement, training, discipline, staff welfare, coaching, mentoring, and maintenance of organisational databases.
