Manufacture and preparation of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical preparations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and aseptic practices to ensure product quality and safety.
Implementation of enforcement and licensing activities in accordance with the provisions of the Poisons Act 1952 and the Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1956.
Planning, managing, coordinating, and implementing activities for handling complaints and information, sampling, screening and profiling, intelligence, and raids on targets suspected of violating the enforced Acts involving commercial activities (sale of pharmaceutical, traditional, and cosmetic products) through conventional channels and new media.
Implementing product registration/cosmetic notification schemes through evaluation of technical data, laboratory analysis, as well as studies and information received from international agencies.
Implementing regulatory control over the quality of pharmaceutical products in the market through random sampling and analytical testing.
Managing product recall schemes for pharmaceutical products that are of poor quality and hazardous to consumers.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Bahasa Melayu and English.
