Paramedical Practitioners providing service advisor, diagnostics, treatment and limited prevention in scope and complexity from what a medical doctor does. They work autonomously, or with limited surveillance from medical doctor, and apply preliminary clinical procedures to treat and prevent disease, injuries and physical or mental disorders to a specific community.

Tasks
advising the community and individuals on a proper diet and conduct to preserve or improve health and well-being
teaching medical students and other health sciences students, medical specialists and other health professionals
participating in the formulation and implementation of public health laws and regulations to safeguard and promote the health of a community
enhancing knowledge and coordinating work performance
performing related tasks
preparing scientific papers and reports
providing emergency on-scene treatment, stabilising or saving patients and, when appropriate, transporting ill or injured patients to emergency medical and surgical treatment facilities such as a hospital and trauma centre
prescribing for and treating diagnosed illnesses, disorders or injuries
