Tasks

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and timelines to support timely completion of construction works.

Supervise subcontractors, workers, and on-site teams to ensure productive operations and compliance with required quality standards.

Maintain asset registers, databases, and project documentation to monitor asset utilisation, condition, and lifecycle status.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and progress updates to communicate project and asset performance to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of construction and asset management operations.
