Tasks
Analyse production schedules and forecast material requirements to support effective material planning and control.
Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock and support efficient production operations.
Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with operational needs.
Evaluate and select materials to meet specified design, performance, and quality requirements.
Support the development and implementation of material strategies and processes to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
Prepare reports on material usage, inventory status, and supply performance to support planning and process improvement.
Ensure materials and related activities comply with required quality standards and organisational procedures.

Basic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and proactive approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in material management.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
