Tasks
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
Plan and conduct internal and external audits, inspections, and testing of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Monitor production or operational processes to identify quality issues, inefficiencies, and non-conformities, and recommend improvements.
Investigate product defects and quality incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluate suppliers and incoming materials to ensure compliance with required quality and regulatory standards.
Prepare, maintain, and control quality assurance documentation, including inspection records, audit reports, and certification documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and certification bodies to resolve quality issues and maintain regulatory and certification compliance.
Develop and deliver staff training on quality standards, procedures, safety practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Support the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance processes to improve operational effectiveness.
Monitor the compliance of packaging, labelling, and related materials with applicable quality, regulatory, and certification requirements.
