Prepare and coordinate maintenance work packages, ensuring compliance with airworthiness directives, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and external vendors to ensure the availability of resources and timely execution of maintenance work.
Track maintenance progress, update maintenance forecasts, and analyse historical maintenance data to improve planning efficiency.
Maintain, verify, update, organise, and archive aircraft technical records, maintenance logs, component installation and removal records, and material records in maintenance tracking systems and technical databases to ensure accuracy, traceability, accessibility, and readiness for audits and airworthiness reviews.
Prepare technical documentation and reports to support aircraft delivery, redelivery, lease returns, de-registration, and regulatory compliance processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution of aircraft materials required for maintenance activities.
