Pilot/Pilot Inspector Grade AT9 responsible for ensuring that civil aviation operations are conducted safely through the oversight of licensing for all aircrew and civil aviation Flight Dispatchers, the issuance of air operator certificates, and continuous surveillance of all air operators engaged in civil aviation activities, the assessment of aircrew and aircraft competency through flight testing, and the conduct of aircraft accident investigations when necessary.
Tasks

Reviewing applications for the validation of foreign pilot licences and/ or ratings to determine further requirements.
Coordinating the licence application process with Flight Examiners and practical test operators.
Conducting flight operations inspections, such as base, station facility, apron, en-route, and cabin inspections, to regulate and oversee the operational standards of domestic and international airlines.
Ensuring that oversight and inspections are conducted in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements for the purpose of standardisation.
Conducting investigations into all violations of aviation law by airline companies.
Completing, evaluating, and analysing airline inspection reports for further action.
Determining that aircraft testing standards are maintained at a high level through close oversight of new aircraft, prototype, series, and in-service aircraft testing programmes.
Implementing expert services such as aircraft flight testing, simulator evaluation and acceptance, aircraft accident investigation from the aspects of aircraft handling, performance and behaviour, as well as the review of flight manuals.
Ensuring that flight licences and aircraft ratings remain valid at all times.
Skills
Basic
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Good personality and ability to act professionally, especially when dealing with customers.

Ability to write accurate and high-quality reports.
Experience as a flight instructor.
