Collaborate with manufacturing and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure designs are practical, functional, and efficient for production.
Plan and conduct experimental, prototype, and stress tests to validate aircraft designs and support design improvements.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, engineering reports, test records, manuals, and technical bulletins.
Coordinate design, testing, and modification activities with engineering and technical personnel.
Develop conceptual aircraft designs based on technical requirements and transform them into functional design solutions.

Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical blueprints and schematics accurately.
Critical problem-solving skills to analyse and resolve design and structural issues.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Solid understanding of core engineering principles, including physics, mathematics, and materials science.
Strong command of computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating and modifying aircraft designs.
