Flight Instructor is responsible for training new and experienced pilots to obtain licences and enhance their flying skills. They provide instruction on aviation theory, flight planning, navigation, regulations, and conduct both simulator and in-flight practical sessions, ensuring students develop the competence to operate aircraft safely. Tasks

Conduct simulator sessions to teach aircraft handling and emergency procedures.
Perform instructional flights with student pilots, ensuring safe and effective learning.
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback on training progress.
Maintain and update student training records and instructional materials.
Develop and update training curricula and programmes in line with regulatory and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety protocols throughout training activities.
Coordinate with other instructors and administrative personnel to support smooth training operations.
Make instructional flight decisions to ensure the safety of students, crew, and equipment.
