TVET scope is based on recognized occupational standards, with emphasis on practical components, psychomotor skills and exposure to training in the industry

Designer Grade B10 responsible for graphic and multimedia design works, exhibitions, and outdoor publicity for government campaigns in visual and display formats for arts-related works, in an effort to market government information and policies to the public. Responsible for creating designs for presentation and production props. Coordinate, plan, and prepare design of publication materials and FINAS trophies. Responsible for ensuring presentation stages, preparation of guest reception ceremonies, and coordinating promotional materials to states, in magazines, on radio, and at Media Conferences.

Tasks

Responsible as head of unit at division or branch level or as head of branch at state level.

Managing and administers the branch, leading and supervising unit members under them, and planning and preparing financial requirements for the branch annual budget.

Managing unit expenditures, procurement, and ensuring payments are made accurately, promptly, and in compliance with regulations and circulars.

Planning and implementing government campaign strategies through effective visual communication.

Approving unit-level procurement/service specifications in compliance with government directives, regulations, and technical standards.

Responsible for monthly and annual activity reports of the unit and various documents required by the branch.

Leading the unit and supervises projects to achieve objectives optimally, and acting as the reference expert for art-related works at the department level.

Responsible for ensuring effective and innovative multimedia production to support campaigns, programmes, and branch activities.

Determining systems, methods, policies, and work rules to achieve branch objectives optimally.

Planning training and productivity improvement activities and provide guidance to subordinates to enhance innovative, creative, and effective work outcomes.
