Working closely with authorities, developers, and stakeholders, they ensure urban growth aligns with legal requirements, infrastructure efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

Tasks

Conduct site assessments to evaluate land suitability, zoning, and environmental, social, and economic factors.

Prepare detailed development and land use plans, proposals, and technical documentation in compliance with national and local planning guidelines.

Conduct feasibility studies and review environmental and social planning considerations for proposed developments.

Coordinate with government agencies, municipal councils, planning committees, and stakeholders to secure permits and approvals.

Engage in public consultations, gather community feedback, and incorporate sustainable planning principles into planning strategies.

Compile, analyse, and present site, community, and project data through reports, maps, and visual documentation for stakeholders.

Inspect development sites and implementation progress to ensure compliance with approved plans and planning requirements.

Monitor ongoing development projects to ensure alignment with approved plans and long-term strategic goals.

Advise on planning, layout designs, and development recommendations to support decision-making.
