Tasks
Plan and design landscape development projects, including parks, streetscapes, recreational areas, gardens, and natural spaces.
Prepare detailed landscape drawings, project documentation, and submissions for approvals, tenders, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve project and technical issues and maintain design integrity.
Conduct site evaluations and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with designs.
Consult with clients to determine landscape design style, type, and specifications.
Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
Present design changes, material selections, and cost estimates to clients and other relevant stakeholders.
Manage project progress and oversight to maintain quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
