Architect is responsible for conceptualising, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of buildings and structures across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Tasks

Lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept development to completion, covering planning, design, documentation, and implementation.

Consult clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on style, functionality, materials, and other design aspects.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements to support timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Inspect completed work and support handover processes to ensure quality and compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Prepare and review project briefs, specifications, and related documentation.

Review and refine architectural design approaches and project methods to improve design quality, efficiency, and innovation.
