Conducting technical and feasibility studies, analysis, and design using computer software in accordance with guidelines, codes of practice, and engineering standards.
Managing the appointment of consultants, and reviewing and audits designs prepared by consultants.
Managing office administration matters, controlling government assets, and preparing development and operating budget estimates and justifications.
Planning and supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance works at pump houses, water control gates, and buildings, and ensures that safety in workshops and during maintenance activities is prioritised.

Basic
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Ability to provide professional opinions, offer advisory services, and present arguments effectively.
Specific
Ability to write or prepare high-quality reports.
Computer skills.
Knowledge in legal matters as well as general financial and administrative regulations.
