Waste Water Manager is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the operation of wastewater and sewerage systems, including treatment plants and associated infrastructure. They ensure treatment processes comply with environmental regulations, optimise operations, manage maintenance and staff, control budgets, and coordinate with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to maintain safe and efficient wastewater management.

Lead and supervise staff, including workforce planning, training, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and liaise with regulatory authorities.
Prepare and control budgets, monitor expenditures, and allocate resources effectively.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
Implement process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
Prepare operational and regulatory reports for management and authorities.
