Oversee the governance and utilisation of content management systems (CMS) and coordinate with web development teams.
Identify new content opportunities and foster community engagement.
Ensure compliance with copyright, data privacy, and company policies.
Skills
Basic
Ability to conduct research and translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
Attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and quality.
Basic ICT knowledge and understanding of technical terminology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple content projects.
Specific
Knowledge of analysing digital content performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
Knowledge of copyright, data privacy, and digital content regulations in Malaysia.
Knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry trends, software development life cycle, and technical terminology.
Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum for content initiatives.
