Network/Communications/Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the planning, installation, and management of an organisation’s network and ICT infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and intranet systems. Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and system resilience strategies.
Lead and supervise information technology staff and coordinate support across departments.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and lifecycle management of information technology infrastructure.
Prepare reports and documentation on infrastructure performance and system effectiveness for management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organisational information technology policies.
Provide strategic advice and planning on information technology infrastructure to senior management.
