Power Generation Plant Manager oversees the operation and management of power generation facilities, including biomass, landfill gas, and biogas plants. Tasks
Oversee daily operations of the power generation plant to ensure optimal performance and energy output.
Supervise and manage plant personnel, including engineers, technicians, and operators.
Develop and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Manage plant budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
Analyse plant performance, energy efficiency, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials, spare parts, and equipment required for plant operations.
Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for plant efficiency.
Lead initiatives to optimise plant operations, adopt appropriate technologies, and improve efficiency.
Prepare operational reports and liaise with stakeholders, regulatory authorities, and external contractors.
