Tasks

Plan and implement production strategies and policies to meet quality, output, and safety requirements.

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and continuous manufacturing processes.

Monitor and analyse production processes to optimise efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage and supervise production staff, including training, performance monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, engineering, and other departments to maintain smooth production flow.

Schedule equipment maintenance, monitor machinery performance, and address operational issues to minimise downtime.
