Aquaculture and Fisheries Production Managers plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate aquaculture and fishery production operations to catch and process fish or shellfish, and to breed fish, shellfish or other forms of aquatic life as cash crops or for release into freshwater or saltwater.

Negotiating with suppliers, customers and other organisations.
Managing, planning, scheduling and monitoring the tasks of other workers.
