Air Surveillance Technician consist of crew, administrative and management staff who support the organization and operations of the Royal Malaysian Air Force as a whole. Each member plays a role and function based on expertise in their respective field.
Tasks
Assisting in the control of space to be used for peaceful purposes while preventing its use by the enemy.
Assist in the application of force to deal with threats on the surface either on earth or in the air.
Assist in increasing the strength to increase capabilities in the air and on the ground involving air refueling, surveillance and reconnaissance missions.
And assist in carrying out operations involving base defense, logistical support and base support to provide services to the organization.
