They are responsible for maintaining their vehicle, complying with traffic laws and platform regulations, and delivering reliable service, often with flexible working hours suitable for full-time or part-time work.

Tasks

Drive passengers safely to destinations using an e-hailing platform.

Accept and manage ride requests through the mobile application.

Use GPS to select appropriate routes for timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

Assist passengers with luggage and support passengers with disabilities.

Handle payments through the application or in cash as required.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper vehicle condition.

Perform basic vehicle checks and report issues or incidents.
