Tasks

Operate machines that mark patterns, sew shoe parts, edge, polish, apply ornaments, and perform finishing tasks.
Load materials such as leather, rubber, and textiles into machines and ensure proper machine functioning.
Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and cleaning of machinery.
Inspect products for quality and remove or correct defective items.
Package finished footwear and related products for distribution.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area.
Adhere to workplace safety and hygiene regulations and report hazards.
Monitor production efficiency and make necessary operational adjustments.
Perform other related tasks as required.

Basic
Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
Attention to detail to maintain product quality and safety standards.
Basic communication, reading, writing, and numeracy skills to support teamwork and task execution.
Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity for production tasks.
Understanding of basic machine operations and footwear manufacturing processes.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules.
Competency in maintaining machinery in clean and safe working condition.
Experience with basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and machine adjustments.
