Stationary Engine Fitters are responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and ensuring machinery complies with operational and safety standards.

Tasks

Assemble, install, and align stationary engines and machinery according to technical specifications and blueprints.

Inspect, test, and service engines and mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with standards.

Diagnose faults and disassemble equipment for repair.

Replace worn, damaged, or defective engine components.

Reassemble and adjust repaired engines and machinery.

Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and greasing of engines and mechanical equipment.

Conduct performance tests and make necessary adjustments.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.

Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance.
