Syariah Assistant Grade LS1 responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties at the Support Group level related to the management of Syariah legal matters, such as handling the registration of civil appeal cases in the Syariah High Court, Syariah criminal appeal cases, managing summons and subpoenas, assisting in the preparation of case documents, and maintaining judges’ hearing schedules.

Tasks

Managing the registration of civil appeal cases in the Syariah High Court and Syariah criminal appeal cases, including matters such as scheduling of hearings, adjournments, and related arrangements.

Managing summonses and subpoenas, including the service of summonses and subpoenas to the parties involved.

Assisting in preparing documents, files, and forms related to civil and criminal matters.

Assisting the Judges of the Syariah Lower Courts and Syariah High Court sand maintains the judges’ hearing schedules.
