Tasks

Verify attendance, timesheets, leave, overtime, and absence records to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
Prepare and issue payslips, statements of earnings, and related payroll documents.
Maintain and file payroll records for compliance and reference purposes.
Respond to employee queries regarding pay, deductions, statutory contributions, and related payroll matters.
Reconcile discrepancies in wage computations, overtime, and leave records.
Coordinate payroll-related tasks with relevant staff as required.

Basic
Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information responsibly.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll data management and reporting.
Clear verbal and written communication with employees and HR or finance units.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and payroll processing.
Numerical skills for accurate payroll calculations.
