Room Service Attendant delivers food and beverages to guest rooms in hotels and similar establishments, ensuring orders are prepared, delivered and presented accurately and courteously. They assist in coordinating in-room dining services by handling guest requests, collect used service items, maintain cleanliness of room service equipment and service stations, and coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to support efficient in-room dining operations.
Tasks

Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly.
Set up dining arrangements in guest rooms and clear trays, trolleys, and tableware after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of room service equipment, trays, trolleys, and service areas.
Respond to guest requests and special service requirements in a courteous and timely manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure efficient room service operations.
Ensure food presentation, service delivery, and work areas meet hotel hygiene and service standards.
Maintain records of room service orders, deliveries, and related services provided.
