Tasks
Conducting corruption case investigations under the APR 1997 and the AMLATFA 2001, including handling complaints, interviews, investigation operations, searches, and seizures.
Planning, tracing, and recording statements from witnesses and OTT, including arrest, interrogation, and release of OTT in accordance with legal provisions.
Conducting money trail analysis, asset tracing, and reviewing financial documents using forensic accounting to detect proceeds of corruption.
Detecting corruption offences involving construction, ICT, and cybercrime through engineering forensics and computer forensics, and providing expert testimony in court.
Preparing investigation papers, case facts, summaries of evidence, prosecution briefs, LBPR, and assisting in prosecutions in court.
Delivering talks and coordinating community education programmes, integrity value inculcation initiatives, and anti-corruption prevention programmes for various target groups.
Conducting inspections, consultations, and monitoring of practices, systems, and procedures of government departments, and prepares Inspection and Monitoring Reports.
Providing anti-corruption prevention advisory services to government departments and internal clients, and assists Consulting Officers.
Preparing budget estimates for anti-corruption prevention programmes at the divisional level.
Coordinating training, courses, training research, international cooperation, and manages physical security and official secret documents.
