Assistant Enforcement Officer Grade KP5 responsible for enforcing the Road Transport Act 1987 (Act 333), the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 (Act 334), and the Road Transport Rules, managing, monitoring, and reviewing all operational enforcement, prosecution, and investigation activities efficiently and effectively, as well as providing advisory services to meet the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
Tasks

Assisting the division/branch head in planning, maintaining, supervising, and managing all documentation tasks and enforcement/vehicle equipment.
Leading, planning, and coordinating the tasks of the Operations Unit/Complaints and Investigation Unit/Prosecution Unit/KEJARA/ Weighing Enforcement Station/Border Control Station/JPJ Branches.
Preparing investigation and operational reports/statistics for submission to the Management Division or Division Head.
Performing duties as an Armament Officer or Vehicle Officer.
Performing duties as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Responsible for preparing reports and attending meetings on behalf of the department.

Basic
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Ability to provide professional opinions, advisory services, and present arguments effectively.
Ability to write quality reports.

Ability to implement security management strategies and support the implementation of customer management systems.
