Artist Cultural Grade B1 responsible for performing duties as a Cultural Artist in PENTARAMA performances in a professional manner, planning, implementing, and preparing reports related to performances in accordance with departmental requirements. Managing performance activities, including the preparation of dance, singing, and acting for performances, efficiently and effectively within the Talent and Arts group.
Tasks
Responsible for carrying out duties in the fields of dance, singing, acting, and message delivery for performances, as well as undergoing dance training under the supervision of a coach.
Responsible for understanding dance, singing, acting, and message delivery in order to consistently comply with departmental standards.
Responsible for adhering to the training schedule prepared by the Grade Head Artist and for maintaining discipline and the image of the department, whether in the studio or during external performances.
Responsible for enhancing knowledge related to current issues, government policies, and campaigns implemented by the department.
Maintaining personal image and personality as a government Cultural Artist, as well as maintaining performance, stamina, and body form to ensure they consistently meet the standards set by the department.
Responsible for taking care of equipment under control (prop/kostum/busana) while in the studio and when carrying out external assignments.
Ensuring the success of dance performances domestically and internationally, and performing the role of Demonstration Dancer in experimental dance.
Skills
Basic
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Ability to plan and prepare quality reports.
Ability to provide professional opinions, advisory services, and present arguments effectively.
Specific
Ability to analyse government messages or policies and translate them into stage performances.
Ability to create dance forms or new dance ideas.
Broad knowledge in the local entertainment industry.
High commitment to a career as a dancer or choreographer.
High level of creativity and sensitivity to current entertainment needs.
Strong interest in contributing to arts and performance activities.
