Designer Grade B6, B7 responsible for graphic design and multimedia work, exhibitions, and outdoor publicity for government campaigns, including visuals and displays to communicate policies and information to the public. Responsible in the creation of designs for performances and production props. Coordinates and prepares design materials for publications and FINAS trophies. Ensures stage setups and ceremony preparations for guest arrivals, and manages promotional materials for dissemination to states, magazines, radio, and media briefings.
Tasks

Assisting in determining procurement and annual budgets, ensuring implementation according to schedule efficiently, and preparing procurement and service specifications promptly, accurately, and effectively.
Providing input for monthly and annual unit activity reports, unit work reports, and various paperwork as instructed.
Conducting research on the latest methods and technologies in visual communication to enhance the quality of outputs.
Assisting in planning, creating, designing, and laying out exhibition concepts, graphics, and multimedia in various presentations and visual communication materials that align with departmental objectives and strategies.
Overseeing, coordinating, and managing materials and activities effectively and innovatively to support departmental and ministerial campaigns, programmes, and activities.
Monitoring the selection and editing of materials for visual communication productions.
Coordinating image selection and cropping for the preparation of graphics, layouts, exhibitions, displays, billboards, lightboxes, and multimedia production materials.
Responsible for the use and safety of entrusted materials and work equipment.
