Tasks
Set up, test, and operate audio, video, and broadcasting equipment for productions and events.
Monitor and adjust signal quality, sound, and visual output to ensure optimal transmission.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain broadcasting equipment to minimise faults and ensure reliability.
Install, configure, and upgrade broadcasting and audiovisual systems, including transmitters, antennas, and media hardware.
Collaborate with production teams, directors, and clients to meet technical requirements and schedules.
Record, edit, mix, and manage audio and visual materials for post-production and broadcast.
Maintain logs and documentation of equipment performance, maintenance, and technical incidents.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, licensing requirements, and industry regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to staff and end-users during operations.
