Tasks

Supervise and monitor daily data centre operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to support data centre operations and project activities.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of servers, hardware, and associated software systems.

Monitor system performance, including network, environmental, and equipment conditions, and respond to system alerts and incidents.

Maintain inventory of information technology (IT) equipment and record operational activities and system changes.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures within the data centre.

Provide first-level troubleshooting support and respond to system-related user enquiries.

Prepare and maintain operational reports, incident logs, and technical documentation on system performance.
