Incineration Plant Supervisor oversees the daily operations of an incineration facility, ensuring waste is processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with environmental regulations. They monitor and operate plant machinery and computerised control systems, manage staff, coordinate maintenance and emergency responses, and liaise with regulatory authorities, supporting continuous improvements to optimise plant performance and minimise environmental impact.

Coordinate routine inspections and preventive maintenance of incineration plant systems.
Ensure proper handling, treatment, and safe disposal of waste materials.
Respond to operational issues and emergencies promptly to minimise disruption and operational risk.
Operate and monitor incinerator machinery and related systems as required.
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare compliance and regulatory reports.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and conduct staff training on operational procedures and safety standards.
